HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT BOX TO SHIP?
Olivana gift boxes generally ship within 2-3 business days, however, we will notify you if we are experiencing delays.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped out of our Olivana offices, Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time. Shipping varies depending on your specific needs and location, we encourage everyone to track their orders via our website for quick order tracking updates.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?
At this time, per-box shipping is an additional cost.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY BOX ARRIVES?
We know how exciting it is to give beautiful gifts! Be sure to track your package via the tracking link sent from our email system. Box arriving earlier than expected? Send us a message and we will add a note on the shipping box to not open until the date specified.
OH NO! WE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS! CAN YOU HELP?
Sorry to hear! We know accidents happen. We're happy to help call carriers, and track down packages the best we can. If the package was shipped to the wrong address due to a customer error, we will gladly ship another package to the right address for a discounted rate.
WILL MY BOX INCLUDE A RECEIPT?
We understand most of our boxes are shipped directly to the recipient and most often are gifts. Their Olivana gift will never include receipts or inventory packing slips.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Olivana orders are final. However, we know that accidents happen. If you are not satisfied with the way your gift reached its destination, or you have any suggestions, please reach out. CAN I INCLUDE A NOTE?
All Olivana gift boxes come with a free handwritten note. All you have to do is tell us what to write in the Gift Message box when ordering each item.

We do! We love working together to create the perfect gift that best reflects your work and brings your brand to life. We are happy to ship your client gifts right to you all in one order, or directly to your clients. We have a minimum order of 12 gifts for personalized/branded gifts.

We do! We love creating beautiful and memorable wedding/bridal party gifts that are customized to you and your loved one. WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR BOXES?
Our boxes are sized 8in x 8in x 4in. They are filled with crinkle paper before products are added and then wrapped with a dusty rose colored bow. Each box is then placed inside of a heavy duty mailer box sized 12in x 12in x 6in and filled with more crinkle paper for protection. Labels are placed on the exterior of the mailer box and sent on their way!
